Been waiting for today ALL WEEK! The program says I get to skip today and do the stretch and cardio tomorrow. Yippee!
Today is also a weigh-in day. So although there's no workout for today, I did measure and tape myself. I didn't lose a single pound, but the tape measure shows improvement so I will take it!

Lunch: Panera greek salad and asiago bagel with plain cream cheese
Dinner: Ham and turkey sub from Subway
What I did today to better my diet: I chose Subway over McDonalds!
