
Day 3 - Sunday
This program is meant to be started on a Monday. Do you think we followed the rules? Not a chance. We started on a Friday, for no other reason than because that was the day we decided. So, today is Sunday and our 25 minute workout is the total body circuit. Today is the day I usually don't get out of my sweatpants. I get some cleaning done, cook a nice dinner, relax and take it slow. Well, I was still able to do all those things, I just had to include an intense 25 minute workout into my day.
We made the mistake of waiting until 7:30pm to do our workout. By late afternoon, my body has pretty much exhausted all energy and I'm useless. Needless to say, I completed the 25 minute modified version successfully, but not without a bit of whining.
Today's food:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack: mini snickers (because my oldest daughter brought over a whole new bag of candy and I need to get rid of it quick!)
Dinner: Kielbasa with bowtie pasta and veggies
What I did today to better my diet: For dinner, I added as many veggies as I could find into my dinner, which usually only includes onions.
